Actually – there are two options (sorry, not 3 🙂 

PayPal Only – Option 1:

Includes Name and Phone field within button, goes directly into PayPal and can be downloaded from there: 

(cons: the registration list is hard to manage and even though the information is captured, it is not easily found on the PayPal site, or in the available downloads)

Registration Form – Option 2 – registration form only, direct link to PayPal payment page after:

(cons of this is that there is only the option to have one price upon checkout)
